Description: Spring/Summer outdoor sessions are once a week for 8 weeks on the field behind the tennis courts(where normally dome is located). Classes are offered Tue or Thur evenings. You choose the day you want to participate.

Participants should wear clothes to run around in, gym or soccer shoes, and bring a water bottle. No special equipment needed.
